US Investors Ask Courts to Allow UK Schemes to Participate in RBS Class Action

Attorneys for the US schemes plan to file an amended complaint requesting all US and non-US investors be included, Steven Toll, managing partner at Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll, which is representing MassPRIM, told Professional Pensions.
According to the May 6 ruling, the attorney's have 30 days to filed an amended complaint. Toll said: "We will attempt to include all European investors in this case."
