Thimerosal (Mercury) Vaccines

Cohen Milstein brings this litigation against vaccine manufacturers on behalf of children who were exposed to excessive amounts of mercury as a result of childhood vaccines containing Thimerosal, which was used as a preservative in many common childhood vaccines during the 1990s. Thimerosal contains mercury, which has been linked with increased rates of autism and other forms of neurological and cardiovascular damage. Cohen Milstein represents children (and their parents) who have suffered injuries as a result of their exposure and has also brought class actions on behalf of children who were exposed to Thimerosal and are asking for medical monitoring.
