June 11, 2002--Cohen, Milstein, Hausfeld & Toll, P.L.L.C. filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of purchasers of the common stock of Interliant, Inc. (Nasdaq: INIT - News), between the period of August 4, 1999 through February 21, 2001 (the "Class Period"), against Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. and its internet analyst Henry Blodget.

The Complaint alleges that defendants issued analyst reports with positive ratings on Interliant which failed to disclose that this positive research was issued in order to attract and maintain investment banking business.
