Air CargoNiagara Frontier Distribution, Inc. v. Air France ADS, et al., Case No. 1:06CV00325 (HHK) (D.D.C.) Cohen Milstein brought this antitrust class action in February 2006 on behalf of a distribution company that used the airfreight shipping services of one or more of well over a dozen major international airlines, including British Airways, Air France-KLM, Lufthansa, SAS Group and United Airlines, between January 1, 2000 and the present. These airlines, and many others, are currently under investigation for cartel behavior, relating to inflated airfreight surcharges, in a global sting operation coordinated by governmental antitrust enforcement authorities from regions including the U.S., the E.C., Canada, Switzerland, and Korea.
