Andre M. Gregorian

Andre M. Gregorian joined Cohen Milstein in 2006 as a member of the Unsafe Drugs & Environmental Health Threats practice group.

Mr. Gregorian currently is working on cases against several pharmaceutical companies in which plaintiffs allege that hormone replacement therapy medications led to the development of breast cancer.

Prior to joining Cohen Milstein, Mr. Gregorian concentrated his practice in the areas of product liability, mass tort, and commercial litigation. He has successfully handled numerous cases at the trial and appellate levels of federal and state courts nationwide.

Mr. Gregorian graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1998 with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. In 2002, he obtained a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and an M.B.A. from the Robert G. Merrick School of Business. He represented indigent clients and counseled underprivileged youth while serving as a student attorney for the University of Maryland Community Law and Criminal Defense Clinics.

Mr. Gregorian is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
