Andrew B. BullionAndrew Bullion joined Cohen Milstein as an Associate in February 2006 and is a member of the firm’s Antitrust and International practice groups. He has extensive complex litigation experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bullion spent several years as a litigator in private practice in Philadelphia, handling complex commercial matters, including class actions, as well as tort law and intellectual property matters. He is currently working on several national and international antitrust actions, including: In re Air Cargo Shipping Services Antitrust Litigation (E.D.N.Y.), alleging price-fixing of rates for airfreight shipping services by dozens of major international flagship airlines; and the In re Air Passenger Antitrust Litigation (N.D.Ca.), alleging price-fixing by British Airways and Virgin Atlantic airlines of surcharges added to the price of passenger tickets for long-haul flights. Mr. Bullion is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law (J.D. 1996) and Villanova University (B.A. 1989). During law school he clerked for the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition, and with Advokatfirman Vinge KB, Sweden’s largest law firm.
