Steven J. Toll Named One of "Lawdragon's 100 Lawyers You Need to Know in Securities Litigation"

Managing Partner Steven J. Toll was recently named as one of "Lawdragon's 100 Lawyers You Need to Know in Securities Litigation." As a 29-year veteran in the securities field, Toll has been involved as plaintiffs’ counsel in some of the most highly publicized and historic stock fraud cases in the world. He is known for taking innovative approaches to cases and has been a major player in bringing some of those cases, such as the Merrill Lynch and Salomon Smith Barney analyst cases as well as leading the effort to expand to Europe in order to achieve justice for the victims of financial fraud. He leads a team of 22 securities lawyers as the head of the firm’s securities practice, while also managing a firm that has grown from 20 to 72 attorneys in the past ten years. Mr. Toll has achieved numerous landmark judgments and settlements around the world in an effort to improve public and private enforcement of law.
